About the Role
QuillBees is expanding its educational content arm and we need an E-Learning Content Developer to create engaging, curriculum-aligned digital learning materials for schools, institutions, and professional learners.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop SCORM-compliant e-learning modules in partnership with subject matter experts
- Write scripts for video lessons, interactive exercises, and assessments
- Build content in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar
- Align all content with national and international curriculum frameworks (NEP, CBSE, Cambridge)
- Collaborate with editors and designers to maintain quality and visual consistency
- Review and iterate on content based on learner feedback and assessment data
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years in instructional design or e-learning content development
- Proficiency in at least one e-learning authoring tool (Articulate, iSpring, Adobe Captivate)
- Understanding of learning design principles and educational frameworks
- Strong writing skills — clear, concise, and appropriate for learner audiences
- Experience working with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, or similar)
- Background in education or a subject specialism is a strong advantage
