About the Internship
Books find their most important readers in schools and libraries. As our School Outreach Intern, you will help QuillBees build relationships with educational institutions, introduce our titles and programmes to teachers and librarians, and contribute to a mission that genuinely matters.
What You Will Do
- Research and reach out to schools, libraries, and educational organisations
- Pitch QuillBees reading programmes, author events, and learning resources to institutions
- Coordinate with onboarded institutions for LMS setup, resource delivery, and ongoing support
- Maintain a CRM of outreach contacts and track engagement over time
- Help plan and execute school reading challenges, competitions, and author visits
- Gather feedback from teachers and librarians to inform future programmes
